Account Payable Assistant Manager
Jakarta - Kemayoran
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the Accounts Payable team taking full responsibility for the accuracy of the stock, overheads and expenses ledgers
Develop and maintain a knowledge of the operations of the business and the activities of other departments within the business
Drive PO and invoice authorization compliance within the business
Measure process quality, identify defect root causes, minimize defects and implement change
Build relationships with the retail and buying teams with query escalation and problem resolution
Ensure timely production of financial reconciliations in line with the month end process
Support the management accounts team with month end close reporting and analysis
Manage fund (work closely with Finance Controller) to ensure payment as per plan
Supporting supply chain process from the factory till product manufactured.
Oversee accounts payable systems
Requirements:
Having at least 7 years working experience with more than 2 years in the same position, preferably from retail industry
Proven ability to successfully control an Accounts Payable process, from Purchase Order through to payments.
Able to develop, monitor and maintain management information system & procedures
Proven administrative, leadership and management ability in the areas of strategic planning and organizational development
Excellent communication skills and leadership quality
Highly initiative person & excellent team player
Able to work under pressure also with personnel from all levels
